A Special Message from Merry:
How do you like to spend today, the day after Thanksgiving? Are you Black Friday shopping, watching football or starting to get the Christmas decorations out? For me it's all about CREATING.
If you follow me on facebook I've been trying to be better about showing you "What's Under My Needle Tonight". These are projects that I'm in the sewing phase of CREATING and will be in the shop sometime soon. I know I get excited for them to be done and I'm pretty speedy, so just a little more time and the kits will be in the shop.
Saturday November 25th is Small Business Saturday. I'd love to see you on Saturday and support my small business. I thank you one and all who have shopped in the store or on the website. You are the BEST!
Did you get to join us last Wednesday for our 1st ever "Comment Sold" event? It went off without any glitches. Thanks to my daughter Julie for getting this setup and supporting me through this process. I had so much fun! Our next Comment Sold will be Wednesday November 29th at 10:30 CST. If you want to join us, go to www.merrysstitchins.com and look for the "Live Shopping" tab. Click there to join the live event. If you see something you would like to buy - just click the "Buy" button in the upper right hand corner on the item that you want to purchase. During the month of December we will be offering Free Shipping on orders over $100.00. This is a great time to pick up those kits for quilts you've been eyeing!
Here at Merry's we will continue to have Santa's Workshop set up for your gift giving needs. There are finished quilts, table runners, fun focus and tankers for you if you need a quick gift to give. If you are in the shop and would like to go into Santa's Workshop just let me or one of the girls know and we'd be happy to help you out. We will start adding some of these finished items to the website in the next week or so. The workshop will also be open December 1st and 2nd during normal shop hours.
We are getting excited for the new Quiet Grace Kim Diehl line of fabric that should arrive in December. Pre Sign-up is starting now for the 1/2 Yard Bundle of the Quiet Grace Line. By purchasing the 1/2 yard bundle you will receive the patterns for the Simple What Not's Club-13 FREE of charge. This packet of patterns will also include the pattern for the "Brimming Over" sew along.
